It is clearly preferable to do psychological therapy in person because it helps to see non-verbal language, posture, more precise reactions and create better a therapeutic bond. However, sometimes the circumstances of life do not allow us to rush into the consultation. In this case, online therapies could be performed via any video call platform, such as Skype, Teams, Google Meet or Zoom, among others.
